Rain or not, a construction crew is hard at work today on Highway 5, making way for a new Steak 'n Shake restaurant, according to the Douglas County Sentinel. The restaurant will be on the spot where a bank was formerly located, next to Popeyes.
Steak 'n Shake is known for its premium burgers and hand-dipped milkshakes.
According to the Sentinel, the project is expected to be completed in about 90 days after construction begins.
