Join Lisa Bell, with Flow and Center Yoga, for a one-hour, all-levels, yoga class while 15+ Alpacas roam free amongst us. The class is rejuvenating, dynamic and relaxing. This is an all-levels class, as modifications will be introduced for beginners through advanced. This is a truly unforgettable and unique experience. Embrace the powerful benefits of traditional yoga, nature and animal therapy.
🍹**After, stay for mimosas or juice on us! Hang out with the beautiful creatures for a bit.
🚫**Please do not bring any glass items to the farm.
⏰**Please arrive ONLY 10-15 minutes early to fill out a general liability waiver, COVID-19 waiver and find a spot for your mat.
**Please bring a mat.
**You may want to bring a towel for underneath your mat, as we will be in a field. We encourage you to bring a water bottle.
**Please check the weather. Dress accordingly. We will warm up quickly during class!
** Come rain 🌧 or shine☀️, if raining we can do it in our open air barn!

Come spend a fun filled day with us at our open air market! Enjoy some good eats, while you shop for a good cause to support local, family owned businesses, but it does not end there.... there will be play activities, bounce house, horseback rides from 7S Farms, donkeys (interact at your own risk) and you also get to meet some awesome, gentle, friendly and oh so soft ALPACAS!
