ReplyHi Alice! I'll have to keep an eye out for the quinoa pasta at Kroger. Thanks for the tip! (Any idea if it's organic? I try to stay away from conventional corn since so much of it is GMO these days.) I prefer the sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil since they are already constituted and don't soak up much liquid, preserving the tomato-y taste that I love.

ReplySuper! Another tip: Roast the walnuts in a dry skillet for about 10 minutes before adding them to the food processor. This give an extra layer of flavor that's really fantastic. Let me know how it goes, would love to hear about how you like it.
