The Douglas County Chamber partnered with the Douglas County School System for the second annual “Principal 4 a Day” Thursday.
By Sara Ray, Douglas County Chamber The Douglas County Chamber partnered with the Douglas County School System for the second annual “Principal 4 a Day” Thursday. “Principal 4 a Day” is a program adopted by Chamber President & CEO, Kali Boatright and DC School Superintendent, Dr. Gordon Pritz. The program allowed members of the business community to visit one of the 35 schools in Douglas County and shadow the principal for a half day. Each school principal was paired with a local member of the business community who will experience a typical day in the principal’s shoes.
