We’re one round into the Georgia High School Association’s basketball tournaments, and the Douglas County Lady Tigers remain perfect in their hunt for a AAAA state championship. Nobody is perefect in the Patch Georgia High School Basketball Challenge, but we do have our first two winners. Dan Matthews from Oconee Patch and Trey from Cartersville Patch proved to be the top prognosticators in the first round in Class AAAAA and Class AAAA, respectively, and each won a Patch prize pack, including a Patch polo shirt. They also took the lead in the competition for the Patch hoodie that goes to the top winners for the whole tournament in AAAAA and AAAA.
