Turner Middle School Honors Their Partners in Education
The business partners were serenaded by the Turner Peace Makers under the directorship of Reginald Ferguson.
On Oct. 19, Turner Middle School hosted a program in honor of their Partners in Education. The business partners were serenaded by the Turner Peace Makers under the directorship of Reginald Ferguson. Two other students, Jaylane Toney and Camille Livingston, also gave beautiful renditions. The afternoon’s events which were spearheaded by Turner’s Parent Outreach Facilitator, Barbara Lark, and Student Government Association Officers. Kwame Carr, principal, welcomed the guests and thanked them for their time and service. Carr spoke of the impact and significance of partnerships between the school and the business community.
