Early voting starts today in the State Senate District 30 Race, between Libertarian candidate James Camp and Republican candidate Mike Dugan, in a Jan. 8 special election to ultimately determine the district’s next senator. In Douglas County at the courthouse on Hospital Drive; in Carroll County you can vote at the County Admin Building on College Street; and in Paulding at the new government complex on U.S. 278. Camp lives just outside of Temple has been employed as a senior IT technician for the past five years with a small IT consulting firm in Carrollton, according to his website.
