The new parking garage is fantastic! There is plenty of van-accessible handicap parking very near the entrance; thank you! I still have one question - when will those of us in wheelchairs, or those walking with their little ones/strollers or those walking with elderly relatives/friends, have a safe way to cross Church Street when leaving the new parking lot?
