Police arrested two men in connection with the shooting death of 20-year-old Joseph Owens of Douglasville, CBS Atlanta reports. The Cobb County Sheriff's Office and U.S. Marshals Service helped identify the two suspects. Police arrested Brandon Jamal Hindsman and Rayshawn Ramell Rouse, both 18 and from Mableton, on Tuesday. Hindsman was arrested in Mableton and Rouse was arrested at an Ellenwood home. The two are charged with aggravated assault and felony murder. Owens was shot and killed on Friday night near the West Chase apartment complex on Six Flags Drive. He was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital, where he later died.
