Forged Checks, Fake Social Security Cards, Drugs Found During I-20 Stops

Two unidentified suspects are being investigated by the U.S. Secret Service and Sharodd Daniels, 24, was arrested and released on bond in separate incidents.

The Douglas County Sheriff's Department's F.I.N.D. Unit arrested two unidentified suspects during a traffic stop made on Interstate 20 on June 19. A K-9 alerted on the car and the following was found: cocaine, marijuana, 37 stolen/forged checks, a U.S. Treasury check, five fake Social Security cards, and several fake IDs from various states, according to the Sheriff's Facebook page. Subjects in the car were arrested without incident and the case is being investigated by the Douglas County Sheriff's Office and the U.S. Secret Service. In a separate incident on June 20, members of the F.I.N.D. Unit made another traffic stop on Interstate 20.
