Quawee Basil Starks, 18, is wanted on a felony aggravated assault warrant and other charges in reference to an alleged shooting in Newark. Members of the fugitive unit, acting on a Crime Stoppers tip, located Starks at his uncle's residence in Lithia Springs earlier today, according to the report. With assistance from uniform patrol units. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to Douglas County Jail to await extradition.

They advise the elderly that they have won hundreds and sometimes millions of dollars and all they have to do is either wire, send via Western Union, buy Green Dot cards, or purchase prepaid debit cards to give them in exchange for the money. The person in the photographs was captured on video breaking into Great American Inc. on Westfork Blvd. at 2 a.m. on April 16. Entry was made by breaking the glass of the front door and reaching through the door and unlocking it. Once inside, he used a screw driver to pry open the cash registers and removed cash. A man approached a 14-year-old boy in the Greythorne Common Subdivision and asked if he wanted a puppy.
On Wednesday March 6, at about 5:25 p.m. a 14-year-old male was walking in the Greythorne Common Subdivision when he was approached by a black male in his forties, wearing a hoodie, with a baseball cap and a doo rag under the cap, according to the Douglas County Sheriff's Department's Facebook page. The man was driving an older model red, Ford Explorer with a cracked rear passenger's window when he pulled up beside the 14-year-old. The man asked the 14-year-old if he wanted a puppy; the boy replied "no." The driver then asked again in a stronger voice if he wanted a puppy.
