Plato's Closet Brings Affordable Fashion
The new Douglasville location promises fashion-forward designs for money conscious teens and young adults.
Since opening it's doors in August, the new Douglasville Plato's Closet location has been bustling with customers and sellers alike. The trendy fashion store prides itself as a place for hip teens and twentysomethings to find name brand clothing for up to 70 percent off the retail price at the mall. Part of a nationwide chain including more than 300 stores, Plato's Closet also purchases gently used apparel for cash or store credit. Plato's Closet is the first store of it's kind in Douglasville. Though the format is similar to a thrift store, Plato's Closet is determined to only offer or buy current fashions giving it an edge over other secondhand stores.
