Commissioner to Report on 2012 at Town Hall Meeting
Douglas County District 4 Commissioner Ann Jones Guider will report to her constituents on actions of the past year and plans for the new year at a town hall meeting on Jan. 26.
Douglas County District 4 Commissioner Ann Jones Guider has scheduled her annual Town Hall meeting for 10 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 26, at Ephesus Baptist Church located at 8445 Ephesus Church Rd., a halfmile west of Post Rd. Commissioner Guider annually holds her town hall meeting near the first of the calendar year, which is also the beginning of the County’s fiscal year, so that she can report to her constituents actions of the past year and plans for the new year. “I hope that many people will turn out. I will be addressing the economic situation of the County, taxes, new tag laws, road projects in progress, and answering questions from the audience,” stated Guider.
