Terrible,lied about how long it takes to get part we had to call they never did,they never came out to look at tv they asked us everything,said the company they are contracted with forgot to order part,they didn't we actually got an e mail from the company saying they had shipped the part,said they would be out between 7 and 8 pm called at 7:30pm said it would be after 9pm befoer they would be there.Took the 4 weeks and they are still not here to fix tv still waiting will never buy warranty through walmarts again due to this company.
Truly useless. Kept my television for five days and delivered it with the same problem I had hoped they would repair. And then they had the audacity to lie about it (saying it worked fine in their shot, b.s.!!) and, to make matters worse, insisted my warranty is now void because I obtained a service menu code to view the geometry settings (on the advice of an A/V forum member). Avoid these bozos like the plague.
