I have to agree with "Concerned Citizen" and his one-star rating for the Highway 5 McDonald's. I have traveled widely and I have eaten at plenty of McDonald's "restaurants" in my time. The Highway 5/Douglasville McDonald's should be used as the corporate example of what NOT to do as a McDonald's franchisee. Rude employees, incorrectly filled orders and attitude attitude attitude. My family and I finally gave up and now boycott McDonald's in favor of better food and better service elsewhere.

Food is delivered un-fresh and cold. Shake or coffee machine always seems to be down and almost EVERY time I go through the drive thru the order is INCORRECT. That being said, I still went back for convenience. However, what I experienced on 04/20/12 has finally made the decision to completely boycott the restaurant altogether. The attitude coming from the staff is inexcusable. I made a very simple order of a nugget happy meal and 2 cheeseburgers and both windows were saying all "polite" things but it was delivered with an terrible attitude. Like they deemed to wait on me. Take the food, now go away attitude. I experienced this twice in a couple of weeks. They had a lovely older lady taking orders before all this management change. But know this. Our family will not go there again until major employee issues are resolved. I urge you to do the same or at least take notice when they talk to you and verify. I will also notify corporate.
