Today I went to this Krystals, I was very impressed it has been a very long time since i have recieved such freindly caring serves from any resturant but the people really care about there customers. The cashiers name was Dana and she was great!! The food was really fresh and great as well, I would really suggest giving this Krystals a try.

You have some very disrespectful people working at this Krystals. My order was terrible earlier this week. I ordered chili cheese fries with extra cheese. I had the extra cheese and chili, but my fries were old and stale. The cheese didn't melt all the way. I called and the manager on duty said that I could get a replacement and that my name would be on the board. I sent my fiance today and he went through the drive thru. The cashier A.J. got an attitude because he came through the drive-thru to get a replacement food. First of all, this was the second time my food had been incorrect and Robert, the manager told me to come back and get a replacement. I went through the drive-thru when I got that replacement. There wasn't a problem with that cashier. But today, A.J. slammed the window shut and started mumbling under her breath. When she came back to the window Cortney asked if there was a problem and she said that "he was on her time." What the fuck? We don't give a fuck about a bitch time!! We are not the ones who fucked up the order in the first place. So, I called up there and A.J. said that she is the manager on duty. I asked her about the situation and she said that we have to get out of the car to get a replacement. What the fuck? Really, when we ordered our shit we didn't do a walk up so why the fuck do we have to do it now? Then at this location there is not even an inside location so I can be in the air condition. WE WILL NOT BE DINING AT KRYSTAL'S ANYMORE!
