My husband and I purchased a set of tires for my car from Kauffmann Tire in Douglasville this past week. They were awesome! First, the shop is very clean with a clean customer waiting area filled with complimentary drinks (bottled water, cokes, and Keurig coffee). They gave us exactly what we asked for without trying to upsell us (although they did point out a minor problem I had, not making a mountain out of a molehill). They did the job quickly, and when I pointed out my wheels were dirtier than when I came, Ray came out with a bucket, degreaser, and rag and cleaned my wheels. Ray was awesome, from the time my husband called about the tires to the time I drove from their shop. We have found a tire/alignment shop for life!!! If you are anywhere in this area (or not), I highly recommend Kauffmann Tire in Douglasville.
