I've had a completely different experience from the previous writer. I found the staff very respectful and refreshing. Dr. Norman is very knowledgeable and has made me even ENJOY going to the dentist. Prior to attending Healthy Smiles, I was very apprehensive and dreaded going to the dentist, but Dr. Norman and her staff were very friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable. I recommend them!

Warning-do not go to this dentist --Dr Kristi Norman !! Office staff have very bad attitudes. I stopped going to this dentist because of the dental assistants do not follow proper protocol for cleanliness in a dental office. Germs! Germs! Germs!

I love Dr. Norman and her staff...their attitudes, kindness and prompt service are what have kept me coming back. Very clean office & professional staff...Not sure what the disgruntled rater is talking about...have had great experiences over and over again!
