I would have to say this is the worst daycare known to man or woman! If you care anything about your CHILDREN rethink your decision!

This is at the dallas location but the owner is still the same. There is a back yard like area that is fenced in (about 6ft tall). I went to drop off my son off this morning and everyone was outside playing So i walked outside thinking i would play for a min and be on my way but the door shut behind the caregiver and everyone was locked out. None of the instructors had a key so they called the owner to ask her to come unlock the door and she was supposed to of been on her way from douglasville this all would of been fine except she turned a 20-30 min trip into an hour. they called once and she said she was meeting someone to give them the key because it would be a shorter trip. (Excuse me if im wrong but if you are meeting someone wouldnt that make your trip and their trip the same distance and time) so the children and myself (the parent who luckily didnt have to work) who were locked outside in the cold obviously werent high on her priority list. ok think im over reacting? one of the children got loose!? one little boy was outside the fence while everyone else was on the inside. the little boy who was stuck outside was special needs, according the owner. we got him to squeeze back through but still. if it had been your baby on the other side of the fence? or your baby stuck in the cold? i understand accidents happen but i couldnt ignore this. Especially since this was the second time in one week kids were locked outside.
