We ordered funeral flowers; the flowers arrived late and they sent a peace lily. We had ordered a shefflera. They charged us for the shefflera which is almost $20 more. We've requested a credit and each time we speak with them we are promised a credit; it's been three months and we've yet to receive this credit they've promised!
