I've taken my 11yr ShihTzu to Fluffy Friends 3 times. Have been please every time. Used to use Pet Smart but notice Honey would be very fretful every time we went in the grooming door. She is relaxed when we go to FF. They have always cut her just like I ask. Making appt #4 today and unless something changes there, FF will be our groomer from now on. Thanks.
