Fairplay Middle School has 515 students and 34 teachers. The school's media center features more than 12,000 books, 14 computers, a laser printer, audio books and the Channel One News is on every morning during homeroom. The students stay busy with after school activities like art, 4-H, band and chorus, as well as the Spanish Club, the Junior Beta Club, the Science Club, the French Club and the Book Club. Monte Beaver is the current principal.
