I have been going to this office for years. I went in for my routine cleaning and was told I had a periodontal problem. It concerned me and they explained to me this can happen when your pregnant. I did the recommended service and contacted my OB/GYN to explain what happened. I was informed this is called pregnancy gingivitis and could even go in to a periodontal abscess! I was also told that left untreated it would be inmy blood stream and of course that could affect the baby. I am thankful Douglasville Dental Group was so caring and concerned about my health and that they took such great care of me.
