We have been going to Douglas Pediatrics for over 10 years, longer than the people in the office. Dr. Melendez is the best doctor in the office. For years, I called the office prior to hours of operations and always received a phone call back promptly. Back in July, I called the office on two different occasions and they never returned my call. Today again, October 24th, my son has chest pain and it is 10am and no one has back yet, unbelievable.
It seems patients(children) are no longer important; time to find a new office.
