Arbor Place Mall is a mess. The circus is setup in the parking lot every month , cheap stores are setting up shop and all the nice ones are closing . Kiosks that have vendors that harass and impeed food traciff demoing their goodies . Gonna be another South Lake nd Union City Mall soon
