The Douglas County Parks & Recs Department will offer A Deer Lick Park Christmas on Saturday, Dec. 7 from 3 to 7 p.m. at Deer Lick Park.
Festivities and entertainment include:
2:30 p.m.: One Mile “Jingle Jog” Fun Run/Walk(Wear your jingle bells!! Free t-shirt for 1st 100 to register. Entry fee is a new unwrapped toy!! Pre-Registration Required.)
2:30 to 5:30 p.m.: Live Reindeer & Sleigh3:00 pm: Arts & Crafts, Games Begin (small fee)
3 to 6:30 p.m.: Musical Groups to Perform
3:30 p.m.: Rudolph’s Dine & Dash Dinner (small fee for food)
3:45 p.m.: Candy Cane Hunts(Age groups: 2-4, 5-6, 7-8, and 11-12
4:45 p.m.: Santa & Mrs. Clause Arrive
5 p.m.: Float Rides Begin
6 p.m.: Tree Lighting
