The Lithia Springs United Methodist Church will present the Fall ArtFest from 10 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 5. Admission is free. There will be wonderful arts and crafts exhibitors including paintings, pottery, fused and
stained glass, 31 Gifts and origami owls, machine embroidery/
monogramming, hand crafted
pens and crocheted items.
Free activities include a zip line, water flume, face painting,moonwalk, pumpkin painting and games.
The Fall ArtFest is at the Lithia Springs United Methodist Church in the downtown area, across from the railroad tracks.
Claire Livingston, who placed
second in Fashion Image Consulting at the 4-H State Competition in July, will also be featured at the ArtFest.
She will have a display showing various ways to accessorize a basic
outfit. In particular, she will be demonstrating different ways to tie
and wear scarves.
Local artist Ann Cockerill, of the Red Cockerill Gallery, will be exhibiting her local landmarks and religious subjects.
