Rogers Graduates from Air Force Basic Training
Rogers is the daughter of Michelle Douglas and stepdaughter of Larry Douglas, both of Douglasville.
Air Force Airman Shanterri S. Rogers graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, TX.
The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.
Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
Rogers is the daughter of Michelle Douglas and stepdaughter of Larry Douglas, both of Douglasville. She is also the granddaughter of Brenda Day of Willacoochee.
She is a 2011 graduate of Coffee High School, Douglas.
