Photo Gallery: Navy Mom Surprises Son at School Today
Petty Officer First Class Mary Kindle surprised her children today at their schools after her 9-month Navy deployment in Afghanistan.
Unsuspecting third grader Caleb Kindle was just enjoying his physical education class at Arbor Elementary School this morning when suddenly his mother stood in front of him.
First he waved, and then ran into her open arms.
Earlier in the morning, Kindle surprised her daughter Haley, 15, at Chapel Hill High School.
"You've grown!" mom said.
