I can't count the number of times I have made this simple Chicken Salad. It's easy, it's quick, it's kid-friendly. Serve for dinner (add a cup of soup) or lunch (serve with carrot sticks and apple slices) It's also great to take to a neighbor or a friend who is recuperating from surgery. Bring along a nice loaf of bread and you will be appreciated.
Tasty Chicken Salad
2 (13 oz.) cans chicken breast; drained (You can use leftover rotisserie chicken or grilled chicken breasts)
2 Tbsp. Tastefully Simple Spinach & Herb Dip Mix
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. green seedless grapes, halved
Combine all ingredients; stir to blend. Chill 2 hours or overnight. Makes about 6 servings.
