Braves General Manager Frank Wren to Appear in Douglasville on Thursday

Douglasville will be treated to the last chance to see Braves Manager Frank Wren before he heads off to spring training. The Braves' regular season starts April 1 vs. Phillies.

“Biscuits and Baseball with Frank Wren,” General Manager of the Atlanta Braves will be held Thursday, Feb. 7 from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.  Doors open at 7 a.m., at the First Baptist Church of Douglasville.

Tickets are available for a $15 donation before the event, and $20 at the door. Advanced tickets are available at Chick Fil A at Arbor Place Mall. The event is sponsored by The Douglas County Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

“We are thankful for the many professional athletes and coaches in Georgia who support FCA," Steve Camp said, Douglas County FCA coaches ministry director. "We are so blessed that Mr. Wren has agreed to come to Douglasville and support our local Fellowship of Christian Athletes program. Having him just a few days before he is off to spring training allows the community to get the latest on Braves Baseball as the season begins.”
