Alexander Baseball Hits the Road

With each high school in Doulgasville Patch on spring break, there's not a lot of sports action on tap Wednesday as will be the only local team to take the field. The Cougars (10-6) will be making the 4-hour bus trip to Statesboro to take on Statesboro High School.

Alexander will be looking to end a two game skid, losses to region rivals Sprayberry and North Paulding last week dropped the Cougars from 4-0 in region play to 4-2. Today's game against Statesboro (4-11) is a non-region game.
