During this morning's 8 a.m. breakfast meeting, Dana Jones Wynn, chairman, Communities in Schools; Dr. Gordon Pritz, Superintendent, Douglas County Schools; and Mitzi Teal, executive director, Communities in Schools, addressed the room full of student mentors.
The donated breakfast and volunteers brainstormed about ideas that would make this year's mentoring program as effective as possible.
Mentor recognition will be at on Jan. 24.
