CHHS Shows Holiday Spirit with Clothing, Food, Backpack Drives

Students from Chapel Hill High School donated more than 4,300 clothing items to the Warehouse of Hope this year and participated in the FALCAN food drive and the Gift of Love Backpack project.

The Chapel Hill High School Key Club donated more than 4,300 clothing items to the Warehouse of Hope this year, with the NJROTC class having contributed 2,600 of those items. Warehouse of Hope serves approximately 900 families per week with food, toiletries, supplies, diapers, etc.

According to Warehouse of Hope, Chapel Hill High School is their largest contributor!

In addition, the Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) Club partnered with the Atlanta Falcons for the FALCAN food drive along with holding a Blood Drive for the American Red Cross.

The Chapel Hill High School Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Club was also a part of the FALCAN food drive along with their Toys for Tots drive. Several other clubs participated in the Gift of Love Backpack project for children in need.

Chapel Hill High School takes pride in how their students show their dedication and commitment to the community by their generous donations to those in need each year. School administrators express their appreciation to the devoted club sponsors and teachers who go above and beyond in assisting the students in such worthy projects each year.
