I know I'm not the only parent that is disappointed how little Douglas County schools use technical resources to help parents, communicate, and save time & money. They don't post supply lists on their sites, teachers don't upload ANYTHING we need. Where are calendars of football games, clubs, etc. Who can plan anything? You have to call or track people down that is time and money. Why do students have to wait for schedules till the first day. Doesn't anyone realize what a hassle that is, there is email, web access using student ids and many ways of getting this out. We could get supply lists earlier we could buy everything during the sales and while there is supply at stores. Wake up join the 21st century, prove you really are worth the money your paid, and make the most of cheap but valuable resources. All the sites are there just nothing useful on them

Your child must not attend DCHS. They have great communication with parents and students.

Last time I checked the teachers have not reported for work yet.
