"The Great Douglas County Shredding Event - Part 2" will be held at the Douglas County Courthouse.

Douglas County residents will be able to bring their personal documents, tax records, financial reports, old love letters–anything on paper!–to the Douglas County Courthouse on Saturday morning, April 21, for "The Great Douglas County Shredding Event–Part 2," sponsored by the and Kenneth Stone of Covenant Wealth Management of Georgia.

Covenant Wealth Management of Georgia is bringing a bank-quality shredding truck to the Courthouse parking lot and residents will be able to "drive through" the drop-off area to have their papers shredded while they watch. Shredded papers will be disposed of in a FDIC-approved disposal facility.

The event will be held from 9 a.m. till noon, and residents will be directed through the Courthouse parking lot to the drive-through area.
