Rep. Jones Hosts Life Lessons Seminars

Rep. Jones is even providing lunch for those that RSVP in advance.

Beginning Sept. 28, and continuing for three weeks, State Representative LaDawn “LBJ” Jones will be hosting a series of seminars throughout District 62. The seminars are a result of LBJ’s plan to start at the basics.

“I want to get our communities educated and involved, this is just the first step.” The informative seminars will be held at three locations in the District and are completely free. Rep. Jones is even providing lunch for those that RSVP in advance. The topics include understanding the criminal justice system, financial planning for families through retirement, the Affordable Care Act, and community engagement and lobbying.

Do you want to improve your HOA or organization?  This session is a must see for all HOA, community, neighborhood leaders or future leaders.  Participants will learn about starting a community organization, important tips for growing your organization, and how to influence laws via lobbying.
