Rep. Roger Bruce, D-District 64, representing parts of Atlanta, Douglas and Fulton Counties, will appear on Diane Sawyer's World News and Nightline tonight to discuss 'Mug Shot' legislation he plans to introduce to the State House.

The proposed bill would not allow websites and publishers to charge a fee for removing a person's mug shot from public display. It would also allow individuals who suffer damage or injury as a result of the mug shots' publication, to recover punitive damages and attorney's fees.
