Approve an Amended and Restated Bond Resolution for the issuance of revenue bonds to finance the acquisition, construction and installation of a new Downtown Conference Center and Parking Deck, authorizing a Bond Purchase Agreement with Morgan Keegan & Company, Inc., as underwriter, and the City, providing for the final terms of the bonds, a Paying Agent and Registrar Agreement with Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, and Continuing Disclosure Agreement with the City.
