As Sheriff, my staff and I would like to invite all Douglas County citizens to an open house event at the new Douglas County Sheriff’s office and Jail. This new public facility is designed to meet the needs of the county for the next 30 plus years and this is the opportunity for citizens to come get a behind the scenes look at the new operation.

EVENT: Open House for the new Douglas County Sheriff’s Office & Jail

WHEN: Saturday, Nov. 10, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

WHERE: 8470 South Cherokee Blvd. (Soon to be Earl D. Lee Blvd.)
Douglasville, Georgia 30134
First traffic light north of I-20 off Hwy 92

Note: Open house will require a lot of walking so wear comfortable shoes (facility is handicap accessible)

Staff will be on-site to answer any questions.
