Man Convicted of Incest, Molestation of Stepdaughter, Gets 60 Years

David Randy Sabby, 49, was sentenced today to 80 years, with 60 to be served in prison, according to the Douglas County Sentinel.

Sabby was sentenced by Judge David Emerson and convicted of two counts of aggravated child molestation, two counts of child molestation, one count of incest and one count of statutory rape, the newspaper said.

Sabby's stepdaughter, now 20, testified in court that she was sexually abused as long as she could remember, the newspaper reported.
