Police Searching for Suspected CVS Robber Traveling By Bike

The suspect police are searching for has allegedly robbed 10 CVS stores in the Atlanta area and ridden away with more than $30,000.

Police departments all across metro Atlanta are on the hunt for a man who has allegedly robbed at least 10 local CVS stores in the past five months.

Investigators say the man is armed with a handgun and has been on a dark green mountain bike for all of the robberies, according to WSB-TV. He used the handgun to make CVS employees lock the store then proceed to take him into the back room where he forces them to empty the money from the safe. The suspect rode away with $8,000 from a CVS in Douglasville.

β€œHe knew exactly what he was doing, where he wanted to go in the store,” said Douglas County police investigator Trent Wilson according to WSB.
