The Carrollton Police Department and local authorities are searching for the man in this video. He is suspected of stealing lottery tickets, according to Glenn Lyle, crime prevention officer, Carrolltion Police Department.
The theft took place on Dec. 11 at the Quicktrip on Bankhead Hwy.
