Francisco Ferrer, 34, of Dallas, is charged with DUI and two counts of vehicular homicide in the death of a Grady Hospital EMT
Ferrer is charged with causing a crash that led to the death of a Grady Hospital paramedic in March 2012. He is expected to enter a non-negotiated guilty plea Wednesday, Nov. 13, in Douglas County Judge Robert J. Ferrer, charged with two counts each of vehicular homicide and driving under the influence and one count of following too closely, is facing the possibility of 15 years in prison after causing a crash on March 25, 2012, that knocked the victim off his motorcycle into oncoming traffic along I-20.
