Murder Indictments Handed Down on Woman Accused of Killing Bystander with Her Car

Brehonna Nicole Turner is accused of striking and killing Alexandria Wells during an argument with her ex-boyfriend.

The woman who struck a killed an innocent bystander with her car during an argument with her boyfriend has been indicted for malice murder.

The AJC reported this morning that the Douglas County grand jury handed down indictments on Brehonna Nicole Turner of Ellenwood, Ga., who is accused of killing Alexandria Wells of Douglasville at an area townhouse complex on Jan. 31.

Turner, 23, was indicted for malice murder, felony murder and aggravated assault, according to the newspaper.

She is being held without bond at the Douglas County Jail.

Witnesses said Wells was apparently an innocent bystander during a domestic dispute between Turner and an ex-boyfriend. Well was pinned under the car.
