McManners Bond Set at $50,000

As part of the bail condition, she is not allowed to drive.

Bond was set at $50,000 this afternoon for accused of striking and killing with her vehicle on Dec. 6. The hearing took place in Judge William H. McClain’s courtroom. As part of the bail condition, she is not allowed to drive.

On Dec. 12 a grand jury passed down an indictment against McManners.

“The Grand Jury has returned an indictment charging Mrs. McManners with first degree homicide in the death of Brandy Hart,” said District Attorney McDade in a press release. “This is obviously a horribly tragic situation for the Hart family and for the community as a whole. Please keep everyone involved in this in your thoughts and prayers.”
