Man Sells Pot to Police, Arrested
Agents with the Special Investigations Division purchased marijuana from Mcgarity on two separate occasions over the course of the past month, according to the Sheriff's Facebook page.
Brian Nicholas McGarity, 23, has been arrested by the near his residence over the weekend and charged with the sale of a controlled substance and outstanding warrants.

McGarity appeared before the local magistrate this morning and is currently being held in the Douglas County jail, under $12,000 bond, according to Sheriff's arrest records.
