Indictments from Armed Robbery to Child Molestation Presented

Prosecutors from the Douglas County District Attorney’s Office presented 42 cases to the Grand Jury Friday, according to District Attorney David McDade.

The following cases were presented to the Grand Jury on Friday, June 28, according to a release from the DA's office:

  • Broderick Chandler, on charges of Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute.
  • Rodrick Caruthers, on charges of Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer.
  • Kimberly Webb, on charges of Habitual Violator.
  • Ashley Weldon, on charges of Aggravated Assault.
  • Tory Dewayne Patton and Noel Sirron Clemons, on charges of Violation of Georgia Controlled Substance Act and Possession of Firearm During Commission of a Felony.

  • Matthew Brian Sawyer, on charges of Attempted Rape.
  • Anthony Xavier Bracy, on charges of Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer.

  • Jermaine Martin, on charges of Theft by Receiving and Possession of Firearm by a Convicted Felon.
