Grand Jury Indicts 44 Cases

The Douglas County Grand Jury returned true bills of indictment in 44 criminal cases Friday afternoon.

The following cases were indicted by the Grand Jury on Friday, January 17th:

1. Aaron Alexander, on charges of Identity Fraud.

2. Latasha Bridges, on charges of Theft by Shoplifting and Riot in a Penal Institution.

11. Cameron Carter, Indira Lemus and Kevin McCoy, on charges of Armed Robbery.

12. Corey Dwayne Dobbs, on charges of Cruelty to Children—2nd Degree.

13. Tevin Freeman, on charges of Aggravated Assault.

14. Illya Laroy Cody, on charges of Carrying a Concealed Weapon and Obstruction of an Officer.

15. Alexander Evans, on charges of Child Molestation.

16. Artavious Haynes, on charges of Theft by Receiving Stolen Property.

17. Joshua Horton, Thomas Mack Jones, Cory Nelson, Courtney Tuders and Jeremiah Tuders, on charges of Burglary.

18. Paul Thomas Waldrip, on charges of Obstruction of an Officer and Burglary—1st Degree.

19. Marvin Coy Walters, on charges of Child Molestation.

20. Josiah Peter Maglott, on charges of Burglary.

21. Thomas Howard Spence, on charges of Theft by Receiving Stolen Property.

22. Jada Goodson and Abigail Newsome, on charges of Aggravated Battery, Aggravated Assault, Making a False Statement and Cruelty to Children—1st and 2nd Degree.
