Grand Jury Indicts 40 Cases

The Douglas County District Attorney David McDade announced that 40 cases were indicted by the Douglas County Grand Jury on Friday.

The following cases were presented to the Grand Jury on Friday, Oct. 11:

1. Barbara Awtrey, Ricky Awtrey and Terrie Smith, on charges of Violation of Georgia Controlled Substance Act.

2. Jonathan Deaton, on charges of Violation of Georgia Controlled Substance Act.
